how long did you let it boot for? Often times the systems will cycle 3-5 times when new memory is installed to train itself and learn its timings, which can sometimes take a minute or 2 or possibly longer.

for the new RAM i already do about 4 boot attempt, and left it about 10 seconds and then i swap it back to the old RAM. did i need longer time on new RAM attempt ?

GIve it a good 10 minutes. If you're board has a Qcode readout you can monitor it and when it stops cycling you will know if it posts or not after that.

Remove battery from motherboard for about 10 minutes and then put it back and try to turn on your PC.
You'll need to set your BIOS settings again after you'll do this.

i already tried to reset my CMOS couple of times, and it still didn't work
