Someone help

Iso2004

So I’m using an ASRock B450M Pro4 and I have my power switches connects on how it says in the manual and it doesn’t seem to be turning on someone help also thanks in advance

so what you have there, is your 4pin EPS plug.. thats not where that belongs.. there are little cables from the front panel that goes there. It will have the words Power SW on it and they go there.

I did these are the plugs I had in (sorry for the bad quality)

ok, so the PowerSW belongs on the top 2 to the right. If that doesnt work, then your case may be defective. You can try and short the jumper by using a screw driver and touching the 2 pins. (This is 100% safe to do)

 

EDIT: Relooking at them, the orientation should be Horizontal, looks like you have them vertical. They should be like this - not |

Mk the case might be defective because I just took everything out checked the cpu no missing pins did it the way you told me from the message and the edit preciate the help I’m just going to order a new one

You just have the jumpers oriented incorrectly on the pins when I took a closer look at the picture. You should have them Horizontal on the pins, going left and right, not up and down.
