Virtual Box - Linux - Kernel Panic

i downloaded the .ova file from the official Kali Linux site and after importing and starting, this is what happened, it doesn't go further, just STUCK in here. i have switched on Virtualization and i also tried switching between the chipset changing from PIX3 to ICH9, but i didnt work
