FX6300 vs FX6350 question

What is up guys?!

 

Got a question about the FX 6350 specifically

 

The amd FX6300 comes with a stock cooler from new egg that i know, and since they're both the same price on newegg i though i'd update my list with the 6350. BUT it needs a stock cooler.

Do you guys know for sure if it comes with one?

NOTE: This will hopefully turn into my schools computer, so we will not need an aftermarket cooler for OC'ing, That's why i'm asking to be sure. :D

 

TL;DR Does the FX6350 come with a stock cooler?

I believe it does, otherwise it's a very big box for a very small component. I'll do some more searching, i'm 99% sure it's a retail version, so it should come with one.

the only cpu's u can get that dont come with a stock cooler at the Xenon. opteron and the x79 cpu's if they dont fall under that then they will always come with stock

It does indeed come with a 125W rated cooler, which is better than the 95W rated cooler that comes with the FX 6300.

hm? you can buy nearly every CPU boxed or tray. I don't know how this is in the US, but here in teh EU you sould never buy tray because you don't get manufacturer warranty with them.

reason why they dont ship with the cooler is cause they arnt cheap so they expect you to spend a little more for a better cooler

i don't see how this makes any sense... :D

 

Most tray (with no cooler) cost more than the boxed versions. that's because boxed cpus outsell tray 1000:1, it's cheaper to buy 1000 boxed cpus at once compared to 1 tray
