Budget (including currency): $300 usd

Country: Mexico

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Emulation, HTPC.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I've got some parts i can salvage from old stuff im not using, so if anybody know how to make this work woulb be greatly appreciated

I am building  mini itx htpc with a 1070 mini(used to be inside an aorus gaming box, therefore if the psu in there might be usable just need to know how to adapt it for this project) a ryzen 3600 and a nvme ssd. The thing i am struggling the most is with the psu, ideally it would be external but from my research 500w are kinda hard to find/adapt. I have ran this setup(1070/3600) for a while with a 500w psu for 2 years now and bever ran into any issues so i guess 500w is what i need.

My question is, does anybody know how to make use of the psu inside the aorus gaming box (since it would fit the case i made) or an external psu/power brick that suits this project? (In the future an upgrade to a 3060 ti would be in place for hdmi 2.1, so 500w is the mark to hit)

Thanks in advance

Happy New Year
