Arma 3 Crashes?

Whenever I'm playing Arma 3, at random intervals my player will stop accepting input and very slowly spin to the left. They're nothing i can do with my keyboard other than pause the game. If I try to close the game it crashes the game as well as my PC. Has anyone else had these issues? If so does anyone know a fix?
