Rtx 2070 vs 5600xt

I was looking to buy new graphics card and i saw rtx 2070 and 5600xt. The 5600xt is 50€ cheaper than rtx 2070. I were wondering which one is better and can my current psu hande it.

Pc specs:

Rx570

R5 2600

Asrock b450m pro4

Cx550 psu

16gb ram

1tb hdd and 500gb ssd

Fractal design focus g

5700XT and 2070 super are about equal

5700 and 2070/2060 Super are about equal

5600XT and 2060 are about equal.

 

Really depends on the price. Problem is from what i've seen round these parts, a 2070 is the same price as a 3060Ti, which is significantly faster.
