PC shut down when installing windows loop

Hello, i have troubleshooting for a month with this pc, 

It cannot install windows soo, try to install fresh windows but when it start to load (SPINNING DOTS)  to install, it shut down then restart and restart... Bootloop.. i dont know what it could be .. ? Is the mobo bad ? 

it immediately shut off when the loading screen of windows 

 

Mobo: ga-h77-ds3h (lga1155)

Cpu: i5 3470

Ram: 2x4ghz 1600mhz kingston

Psu:550w
