Nvidia Highlights voice recording

Hi everyone,

 

just wondering how to setup my system to properly record audio when highlights are recorded. I understand why it is not working, trying to find a way to make it work.

 

Currently using the HyperX Alpha Cloud S gaming headset. In Windows settings, there are 2 devices shown in audio: one for Game and one for Chat. The game device is the Default device for audio, and the Chat device is set as the Default Communication device. My understanding is that this is to allow volume control using the HyperX audio controller to increase/decrease voice/game audio.

 

What happens when a highlight is recorded is it only picks up my voice but not my teammates. Is there a way to either setup Nvidia to record ALL audio (game/voice/chat) or setup Windows to do so? If i set my adio devices to only use the Game audio, will i lose the ability to control the balance of Game/Chat using the HyperX control?

 

Any way to do this?
