Very NOOB question

I have increase the VIRTUAL MEMORY to 25000-30000 (i know those numbers are stupid and unnecessary with 16gb of ram but for some reason there is a game in particular that seems to benefit from those numbers). So i have a single HDD disk and 2 partitions: C and F

 

My question is: if i increase the virtual memory for the C drive partition, do i need to have that amount of free space just in that partition in particular? or does the F drive also needs to have that amount of space available?

Having free space in C drive alone will do the work. F drive doesn't need to have the same amount of space.
