USB Problems

So recently iv been running into an issue with my usb ports on my case and on my motherboard where they turn off and on randomly. I tried many different troubleshooting leads online but so far nothing worked to fix it. I have many suspected things that could be the root cause but i would like to rule every fix out before i decide that my motherboard is fried. Essentially what happens is my pc will boot up with everything working as intended but shortly after that my ports turn off and enough functions that i can still use my pc for just about everything but my web cam, usb hub that really is a headset stand with extra features, and what ever is not plugged directly into my motherboard. I installed a faulty PSU about a month ago that definitely fried the rgb on my liquid cooling pump so it would be possible that further damage is done.

-MSI b550 motherboard

-rtx 3090 rog

-ryzen 9 5900
