Voltage and Performance?

My Ryzen 7 3700x was defaulted to 0.9 volts. I raised the voltage to 1.1 and the temps dropped but the performance was worse in cinebench but with better temps?

What voltage are you referring to? Vcore? IO? Either way, I think 0.9 is astonishingly low. 1.1 ain't much better. Vcore is usually around 1.2 - 1.35 in my experience.

I tried 1.2 and it performs at a lower temp but worse performance than 0.9
