Ducky One 2 Mini problem

I've had my ducky one 2 mini for a few months now and it has been great however, There is a problem with the 'a' and 'w' key on the keyboard. When I am typing the 'a' key doesn't register unless I press down really hard or press down over and over again and the w key stops working whenever I hold it down. For example I could be in a game walking or moving forward and I would just stop because of the 'w' key. Does anyone know how to fix this? I really dont want to have to buy a new keyboard.
