Will my pc run?

Currently, Im using a i5 4430 cpu, 8gb ram gtx 210 and a 180 watt psu (It's pretty old because my mother bought a pc and I wouldn't want to disappoint her by saying that what she bought sucks). I bought a 1650 yesterday through online and wonder would it still run even though it is underpowered?

Will run just fine, its a 75w TDP card and doesn't even need external power, can take all of it's power directly through the PCIe slot. However if your PSU has a 6 pin PCIe connector be sure to use it

Should be fine but I'd replace that power supply at some point to be safe, maybe a 300 Watt unit or something similar. Also make sure to buy her a small SSD for the OS, that makes a huge difference even on older machines.
