accidental format

I was trying to fix a drive in by formatting it but when i turned of my PC my local drive got formatted and i tried to use data recovery service but they dint get everything or cost a lot of money pls help

Well, you're not going to recover Windows with it, that is too delicate. If you have games, just reinstall them. Pictures and documents can be recovered, but if one byte had been overwritten, it can be corrupt.

 

There are free recovery tools available. Recuva is one of those, made by those who made CCleaner.
