My PC came with one, but it never slotted in correctly so I must've thrown it out.
Now I know more about PC's I wonder is it necessary to have one outside the case for the PSU ?

I regularly clean the dust out of my computer with a high powered air blowing device....

It this a 120mm or 140mm ?

yes and no, if you got that strong air it can help you out.

However, too much dust in the PSU can become a bit of an fire hazard? depending on dust level and heat/sparks.

Shouldn't worry too much, if it's on a carpet or you got pets, but still just blow really hard, blow like you have never blown before!

(okey that was a bit much, it can be fine as you do now)
