Introduction:

The purpose of this topic is to seek advice on building my first computer rig (PC) in order to avoid any mistake.  

Scope of PC:
 

The budget for the PC will be $2500 Australian Dollars (AUD). The primary daily tasks of the PC will be Programming (Java, C++, Python e.t.c), Gaming (Kakarot, Jurassic World Evolution, Cyberpunk 2077), Streaming (Netflix), PC/Android Virtualization (VMware, MEmu). As a result the proposed PC Build should focus on the Graphics Card, Processor and Ram as to meet the minimum requirements for the above listed software. In terms of the PC Monitor there is no refresh rate requirement although a minimum resolution of 1080x1920 is desired.
