Ryzen 5 3600 idle clock speed

Hey, I'm using a Asus ROG B450-F motherboard for my Ryzen 5 3600. Not using any aftermarket cooler but instead using the stock cooler for Ryzen 7, the wraith prism one. My quesiton is what should be the idle clock speed be for my processor? I don't know much about overclocking or anything and I have kept most of the settings as it came out from the box. Just changed the power management settings to ultimate and thats pretty much it. Would love to hear from the community like what would be the ideal setting to keep.

 

Fyi: a couple of days back I was rendeing a small video clip on premiere pro and the clock speed was 3.4 which is lower than 3600's base clock. That got me thinking that there must be something wrong here.
