After doing a System Reset, I was under the assumption that all of my apps and games would be removed regardless of what drive they were on, which I was OK with because I was dealing with an issue I just couldn't get any help with, however everything seems to just be partially removed or simply broken? I don't know.

I had a few app Icons (BSG Launcher/ Blizzard Launcher/ and multiple other broken icons) remaining on my desktop that don't work, then what appears to be my biggest issue is that my primary and secondary game drives are still showing as full as they were before the reset. All the games are gone according to windows, but files still remain in all of the game folders. My Primary drive is a 2TB, of which I had 110GB free before reset (pretty much all games and some photos/videos), and post reset it's exactly the same. If all these games and apps were removed the drives should be close to empty with the exception of files correct?

I have 4 storage devices total, 1 boot, 1 file, 2 game.

I don't know if something just went very wrong during the reset, or if this was expected and I just don't know how to deal with it. Any ideas or assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
