well My Christmas gift from my parents was my pc part under 200$, so I'm gonna let them buy the 1T drive and pay for the 500GB one myself.  I was thinking of grabbing a second, smaller 970evo because its only like an extra $30 so the system would change to 2 970's. at this point I just need to know whether to put the 1T Drive in the faster or slower slot. and for my mobo I'm getting a MSI X570 Tomahawk.

 Let me rephrase,

Currently I am buying a 1T and a 500GB Samsung 970 evo. My parents are buying the 1T drive, and I am paying for the 500GB drive. I was wondering which one I should use as a boot drive. Which drive I should save things like Games, or Unity on to and which to use for screenshots and small documents; And finally which drive to put in the faster slot. I don't need too much storage, just enough to use programs like Unity or Python, enough to download games, and for every day use. if needed Here is my current idea for my build.
