BLUE SCREEN

So recently my PC has started to lag in various games. For example, when I play CSGO, the fps run smoothly, but then they start to drop to 0 for a few seconds and then come back to normal. This is especially bad when a new game starts. Today, when I was playing, I got a blue screen 

When I used a program to see what was the cause it stated this:
"This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe"

"Error: UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION"

I have a GTX 970, a 4th gen core i5 and 8gb of ram, so my pc should have no problem running a game like CSGO
