PSU buzzing and room light flickering when i plug in my pc ?

Hi, i’m new to this forum so maybe this question was asked before but i couldn’t find it.

When i plug in the pc the psu makes a buzzing noise & the same time the lightbulb in my room starts to flicker. I don’t know if my PSU is faulty even though it’s a new build,i have it for 6 months now. Or maybe there’s a problem with electricity in my house. 
Did anyone of you guys experienced something like this ?
