Is that a typo for a 3600x? The B450 board should support it though, as well as the 3060 ti, you just won't have the ability to use PCIe 4th gen, which doesn't really matter. You may need a bios update, but if you buy the CPU new, AMD offers a program where you can get a loaner chip to update the bios to use the new CPU, then just ship back the loaner. I would personally say that is a pretty good setup, as long as you can find a 3060 ti in stock and not pay scalper prices.
