I purchased ram off of NewEgg (sold and shipped by NewEgg)

The RAM (Ripjaws DDR4-3200 16GBx2) that I purchased does not seem to work. I have tried every way that I know to get them to work. I updated the bios on my ASUS Z270-A motherboard to the latest version. I made sure RAM clicked and was seated correctly during each troubleshoot. CPU is a i7-7700k. GPU is a GTX 1070.

Previously I had Ripjaws DDR4-3000 8GBx2 installed (in A1 and B1 slots) and it has worked fine for years. So I bought another set of ram (Ripjaws DDR4-3200 16GBx2) to go in the 2 extra empty ram slots that I have. This should work with the other set as long as I set the new 3200 rams frequency to 3000 in bios.

I tried to troubleshoot by putting in one ram stick at a time and my pc would not boot up (orange DRAM light on). My pc would boot up no issue if my one of my old DDR4-3000 8GB ram sticks were in slot A1 but would not boot up if either of my new DDR4-3200 16GB ram were inserted in A1.

I'm trying to have  48GB of ram total running at 3000GHz so this is frustrating.

I tied putting my old 3000 ram in slots A1 and B1 and new 3200 ram in slots A2 and B2 and the orange DRAM light came on without a boot. I also tried old 3000 ram in A1 and A2 slots and new 3200 ram in B1 and B2 slots with the same effect.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist me in my troubleshooting
