GPU Usage Low CPU High

CPU: Intel I5-8500

GPU: EVGA 3060 ti FTW3 Ultra

Motherboard: Asus Prime Z-370-A 

PSU: EVGA 80+ Bronze 600W

RAM: HyperX FURY DDR4 2x4, 1x8 2666MHz

  • Used DDU to uninstall old AMD Graphics, then installed my card, downloaded new NVIDIA Drivers and carried on...
  • Game I'm running is Monster Hunter World 
  • Runs at 70-85 FPS

So I finally brought myself to spend some money on my PC and I just purchased an EVGA 3060 ti to go into my Budget build I built 2 years ago (Replacing this ) and I think I'm running into problems....I say I think because when looking at different apps I'm getting different numbers. Now I don't fully grasp "bottlenecking" but I don't see it being this drastic 100 CPU, 0 GPU

 

  • Task manager tells me my CPU is running at 100% CPU and 0-5% GPU
  • NZXT CAM tells me the same thing as Task Manager
  • NVIDIA Inspector v1.9.8.1 tells me GPU load gets to 60-80%

These are numbers when game is running. Not at idle.

 

Games are running better, I just don't know which app is accurate. If it is Task manager and NZXT what should I change to fix this issue?
