Low GPU and CPU usage

Hello, I just built my first PC and I am having a Problem. When I play a Game im having extremely low FPS in Minecraft as example around 30 - 50 FPS at max Settings at 1080p.

But my GPU and CPU usage are extremely low (about 20% -30%).

My Specs are:

GPU: Gigabyte Geforce RTX 3060 TI Eagle

CPU: AMD 5 3600x

Ram: 16 GB 3200

 

I already tried updating Drivers,

No V-sync or Framerate-Limit active

Happens with stock GPU and overclocked

Lower gpu usage with minecraft is expected. It doesn't efficiently use your resources, so doesn't use 100% gpu.

But Minecraft is not the only game that does this, in Heroes and Generals and No Mans Sky  as example I only have about 60% GPU usage.

I found The solution!!

In the Nvida Controllpannel power management mode was set to Normal.

I set it to prefere high performance and now Im getting around 100 FPS in Minecraft!!
