Security suite to replace Comodo IS

Hello, I am looking for security suite (firewall+active protection, without AV) to replace Comodo IS (which I finally removed sins random high cpu usage of cmdagent still not fixed for years):

  • by app internet acess
  • active protection of programs run

Any advice?

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - Asrock AB350 ITX - 64GB DDR4-3600MHz - Geforce GTX 1080 - Samsung 960Pro - Monsterlabo's "The First" - Corsair SF450

Defender can be installed without MS app store?
