Raid0 Serial

So, I have an AMD 3900x core and an Asus X570 mobo. When I create a Raid0 array in bios, it assigns a unique serial number. If I install a raid controller card and raid that way, will it provide me a null serial number? I read that usually raid gives a null serial. That’s what I would like to end up with.
