Texures not loading

A half year ago I had some problems with windows that kept showing blue screens and keep crashing. 

At a moment my computer won't boot at all, so I tried to flash my bios cleard the smos.

I tried to boot but it din't work. I decided to contact asus about it and they said to me that I have to rma my motherboard.

when I got my motherboard back from asus i installed everything and boot the computer. everything worked as it should, but now i've been experiencing some slow loading texturtes in games, especually in Fortnite. 

I hope that there is someone that can help me with my problem.

Prosessor: Intel i9 9900k

Ram: g.skill ripjaws V DDR4-3400 mhz  4*16GB CL16-16-16-36

Graphics card: Asus ROG STRIX 2070 OC 8GB 

SSD: Samsung 950 Pro 500GB

Power supply: Corsair HX1200i

Cooling: Corsair H115i hydro series

Case Corsair obsidian 750D

I had that same issue and all I had to do was delete everything and reset my computer, but even mine wasn't that bad so I don't know.
