Storage and managing files

I was just wondering if anyone know what is best if you want to make something that is only responsible for downloads. example like a bunch of automate download using youtube-dl or gallery-dl or even torrenting. Kind of dont want all these windows on my main pc, currently i can have bittorrent and around 6-7 cmd windows open and it just really annoying.
