Graphics driver weirdness

I have a Sony Vaio VPCEA25FA laptop.

this model, comes with a windows 7 home. (yes, it's old, my father gave it too me).

So installed Windows 10 on it and found something illigal about the graphics chip. It has an ATI mobility Radeon HD 5145 chip with 512 MB of VRAM (the standard mobile 5145 has 1GB). I tryed to install the driver from the sony website, but all of the drivers there are for Windows 7 Only and at the AMD website, the application they suggest doesn't install.

BTW the driver that is installed now, is something not existed. pictures below
