No recording software on AMD Radeon.

I recently swapped out my 1050ti to a AMD RX 5500xt and I had the radeon software to update my CPU and my friend has a amd gpu and he's able to clip and record stuff and I do not see that option on here. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it about 5 times, and nothing is different.

I would recommend using OBS Studio instead of whatever Radeon software is included.

Your friend most likely has older model and therefore older software. AMD does have streaming feature in their Adrenaline software, but as they don't have own encoder like Nvidia, its just for streaming. You can use other software, like OBS to record if needed.

It's called ReLive. 

 

It's pretty good but has some bugs here and there. 

 

The new amd software is a bit stupid so it's difficult to find.
