Ryzen 3700x

Hello,

 

I just upgraded new cpu from a 2600x to a 3700x, and I see that my EDC is at 80-90% when under load, is this bad. i am just not sure what this measurement translates to. My cpu temps according to ryzen master are in low 70s and I wanted to see if I have overclocking room for the cpu and the ram.
