Terrible fps in warzone + crazy gpu usage

Hi, I just downloaded cod warzone, And I play for the first time and my gpu usage is crazy high, and im only getting 30 ish fps, vsync is off, fps caps are off, and settings on high, I see benchmarks with my hardware getting 150+ fps. Also I try and watch a 4k youtube video and the gpu usage goes to 70%+ for 4k, where its usually 15% at most for 4k. And obs when I have it open not even streaming is at 50% usage, this never happens in any other game I think warzone is bugging out my gpu or something. Any idea?

war zone is not very well optimized dont use raytracing on it and theres pro his name is thinnd he has a great vid on settings for it but also everytime there is a big update or driver it can change the settings in the game heres the link to see his settings i have them mostly set like his but im running a 2060ko
