Games crashing when hitting 100% commit charge.

When i try to launch a game and have something in the background running it won't start, it always used to work. I'll post a link of my build down below.\

Whenever i try to launch a game my game crashes, the only things that runs in the background is teams and discord. I managed to get it working after closing everything but as soon is i launch anything else it'll crash. I have 16GB of ram so that shouldn't be a problem. I tried running a memtest86, i don't know if the results are good or bad. I did this because corsair support said me to. I don't know if it matters but i bought a new HDD, but even the games on my SSD won't work. If you need anything else please let me know and i'll try to do it as fast as possible. Thanks in advance!
