Some issues with Wordpress...

So I have a wordpress site running in a docker container on my unraid NAS. I would like to be able to do 3 things: change the URL to my domain that I purchased from GoDaddy, be able to upload files to the website - for example, if I want to share a file with my friend I want to be able to put it on the website, and lastly I cannot upload the theme that I want because it is too big. I need to change the max upload size in php.ini. Is that possible?
