Hey guys! So it’s my first time building a pc. I’ve been doing research as much as I can for the past few nights and found some parts.

Now I’m looking to run these games on med-high settings with great performance. I’m probably going to game daily for a couple hours as well.

I’m not planning on uploading videos or streaming on Twitch/YouTube.
Also I’m planning on getting the whole set up by maybe next year around this time... since I’m saving up. If I’m lucky maybe by the summer lol.

I would very much appreciate any feedback on the parts I’ve selected!

First of all, planning one hole year ahead of time seems like a bit too much...I would just wait till you are 1 or 2 months away from purchase time. Specially since prices are not that stable right now, and will probably vary quite a bit from now to one year.

Regarding the build, I would lose the cooler and stick to stock AMD, trade the hard drive for an SSD (at least 500gb, then you can save some more and add the barracuda) and I would probably prefer a lower end B550.

Thanks for the feedback guys! Aright so I switched to these components...

(Motherboard) - Gigabyte B550M DS3H Micro ATX AM4

(Storage) - Western Digital Blue 500GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive

Corsair CXM (2015) 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi Modular ATX PSU

and dropped the cooler.
