I built my PC earlier this year and it has worked well. Starting today as far as I know though I am having issues running games. I found this out when I tried playing cyberpunk and the game kept crashing. My next step was checking if it was just cyberpunk or all games so I tried doom eternal and after a few minutes my game freezes, and usually my whole computer. I've also tried shadow of the tomb raider benchmarks and can get through those on low settings. I actually managed to get through a run on highest and thought the problem was solved, but I still crashed when playing doom. At this point I have tried reseating the RAM and PCI riser cable (I cant reseat the actual GPU due to the hardline watercooling). I have reverted to old graphics drivers, I have tried reinstalling new ones. I reset my bios, turned off XMP, tried debug mode in the nvidia control panel, and nothing has worked. I can play something like doom or cyberpunk for about 5 minutes before the game crashes. I have also watched my thermals and they have been where they are normally for my system, about 65-75C. My only two errors I have seen that have helped guide me are tomb raider giving me the error device removed or error device hung, and in NZXT CAM I have a sudden GPU usage spike to 100% before crashing. Before and after the spikes I am not even over 90% utilization. My PC is equipped with a hardline watercooling solution so I am not eager to start ripping hardware out and testing it if that can be avoided. Does anyone have any software side things I could try before doing that?
