Desktop having issues.

I recently purchased a used pc and I've notices that sometimes the pc would just stop sending signals to the monitor, the fan would start spinning fast and loud. The rgb lights are still on but the light on my PCIE network card would blinker. What could this issue be? I'm not running any games/programs or anything power/cpu/memory/gpu intensive. I've tried installing speedfan and all the temperatures look okay(except auxtin3 which would go between -128c and 128c). I' ve attached msinfo and Dxdiag so that it may help.
