PC wouldn't turn on

So my pc this morning wouldnt turn on .. it was working last night just fine.

 

The lights on the motherboard are on but I press the power bottun and nothing happens .. I tried jump starting it with a screw driver but nothing happened.

I tried to remove the ram and put it back in but nothing happened

 

This has happened before a few times but it just seemed to randomly work by itself when I leave it for a few hours .. its the 1st time it happens again in like 10 months.

What could be causing the problem ??

Mother board : Asus Prime B350-Plus

GPU : Asus Geforce GTX 1050 Ti

CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 1600 

PSU : Corsair VS 450, 450 WATT

RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX 2×8GB 3000MHz

It could be the power supply.

The Corsair VS series is not great.

Again .. just randomly decided to work .. I pressed the power button a few times throught the day and it worked now .. do u think there is any way I can test the PSU to see if the problem comes from it, now that I'm in the system ?
