Have you tried downloading an update version of the bios and flashing it? Or doing a CMOS reset?

Your going to have to explain in idiot speak lol. If you mean completly unplugging and leaving without power ive done that and no change. Theres a bios update option but didnt seem to do anything when i clicked it
