NVME setup

patken007

1. Put the NVMe SSD in the M.2 slot.

2. Boot your system.

3. Boot into Windows. If you're using a Mac, go follow their guides. If you're running Linux, you know what you're doing.

4. Open Disk Management, by opening Search and typing "diskmgmt.msc" (ignore quotes).

5. Select your new disk (it should show "Not Initialized").

6. Initialize and format your SSD.

Done!

Setting up a RAID with what?
Do you have a second?
And UEFI means that it is bootable via an OS installed on it.

So... you want to run a RAID setup on your OS drive.

I might be wrong, but I think that requires complete wiping of the two drives.
Also, running a RAID setup on your OS is dumb. If one drive fails, your OS is gone.
