Logitech G pro wireless mouse

lunathanael

I recently purchased a Logitech G pro wireless mouse and started having issues with it, it used to just happen once in a while but now it has completely stopped working, I tried contacting Logitech support but they didn't respond. My issue is that the mouse is no longer able to move the cursor, i tried plugging it in, messing with drivers settings, switching computers, and it just wont work. One thing I did notice is the scroll wheel and mouse 1/2/3/4 all seem to work fine. However I also noticed if I put my mouse on a sort of sticker I have on my computer, It is also able to move (Although the stick is very small) I have no idea how to fix this issue, should I try to just get a new mouse?

Someone with logitech products over the years, their support is pretty good from my experience.

If you properly got in touch with them, they will more than likely ship you a new mouse.
