Most launchers will automatically resume interrupted downloads. If you're not downloading the game from a launcher, just run the installer again.

You probably have to start over if something went wrong. Or in stream you can "verify cache integrity" for the game

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

Most installers are smart enough to figure out what files have or have not been extracted and behave accordingly.
