Project load oddity

I got AMD based Desk 3900/64BG/M2 with 5000+ read speed and when I open same project on desk it takes approx 2.5 min.

Also got Laptop 9750H/32GB/M2 3000+ read speed and same project takes approx 26-30 seconds.

 

Tested many times. Its not much time just what may cause such behavior ?
