Asus 1060 6GB missing components

I have bought a dead GTX 1060 6GB, that according to the seller had a a problem with windows but when I got it, it did not recognize that the PCI power was connected still showing a red led and showing connect PCI power cord on the display. when I checked the hardware I saw that these 3 components where missing. Do anyone know what components should be there?
