Help, can't boot at all!

Few hours ago I noticed there was a new update with the 20h0 version so I choosed to install it, but now the pc won't boot at all, it's stuck on the windows 10 loading screen.. I even tried to boot it from the usb to do a clean install but even that won't start, I just get a blue screen with no text whatsoever.. what I can do?
