What do i need to install macOS on my PC? I tried TransMac but it won't boot from USB. Maybe because AMD CPU?

Depends if the image you're using is made to specifically support AMD systems. Also make sure your BIOS settings are correct so Secure boot off, UEFI enabled, etc.

AMD Ryzen 3700X. Where can i get .dmg for AMD? None are working. Which build is for my CPU?

I would recommend you follow this tutorial it is a little advanced but once you do it you don't need to do it again and I made my first Ryzentosh following one of his older guides. NOTE: I had a AMD GPU NVIDIA IS HARDER ON MACOS!!!!

I attached the one I followed it is outdated keep that in mind.

Top (Most recent one for Ryzentosh)

Bottom (The one I followed)

If i disable Secure Boot in BIOS installation also doesn't work. I need help. I want to install macOS on my PC (external SSD). I read on internet that you need Intel CPU for macOS. Is it true?

Which macOS build i need to download to work on my AMD Ryzen?

I think pretty much any one of full versions would work, you just need to make it compatible with your system. I've heard of people getting Mac OS X to work with AMD processors, but it's a huge pain in the butt since, well, Mac OS X only supports Intel CPU's natively. I don't work with AMD based machines often, so I would probably be stumped, but there is a forum out there called https://amd-osx.com/ , and they work just with AMD based systems. I suggest trying them out and seeing if you can get some help from them.

AMD should work but it does require some patching. This guide should help you (IT is the official guide for hackintoshing): Getting started with OpenCore | OpenCore Install Guide
