Which phone are you on?
I guess since there is video in front of the corruptet part, that still is fine, something in the encoding went wrong in the last 15 seconds.
Maybe a (free) Video Editor can fix that.
Or you could try and see if something like VLC can play it back.

This could be wide array of things which could potentially have varying levels of success with trying to fix. It's hard to say without knowing the codec, container and conditions that resulted in corruption. Being able to take a look at the file would help a lot too.

Since it is a Android device i would start to get the Data of the phone.
Then you can take a closer look at the ways that corrupted footage plays back on a variety of different Mediaplayers, VLC, Windows internal, etc.
Once you have done that you can figure out a way forward.

Can you post some more information?

i narrowed it down to the micro sd being 8 years old 😬 its not the biggest deal in the world losing the last 15 seconds of the video
