adding extra usb 3.0

ok so i am all out of usb spots except usb c which does nothing for me. i wanna add more to the back of my pc i have a 10850k, asus tuf z490 plus wifi as for gpu im using a asus tuf 1650 super oc but im waiting for a 3080 to come in stock. i thought about adding a pci card such as this one in the link do i have enough pci lanes etc will it slow anything else down also any other better options. i should mention i also have 2 samsung 1tb 970 evo plus nvme ssd yes 2 of them not sure if they are done through chipset or not.
